I found these at location 57046/37113 just outside of Caifelle on eastern edge of zone. They were a daytime spawn only.
I was able to charm these with the first Sorcerer charm spell. Guess they are considered humaniod for the sake of charming.
They make decent pets when it rains but are not as good as ghosts for the level.
Found yellow con ones on East shore at level 8. Not sure if level 7 cons yellow still, if not level needs to be updated.
