You click on the quest link up there? If so you would see the link to Gokstad on the bestiary AND all the various comments below the quest........
BUT since I AM here, he is at the entrance to Muspelheim, can't miss him, he wonders a little from the entrance but never enters Vale of Mularn, nor actually enters fully into Mus through the gate.
