Can anybody tell me why in the discription the melee haste is 2% (same when i find in game) but in so many of these screen shots its 6%? i mean i'd love 6% same with cloak of flowing fire. you know? anyjust just wondering

Some time ago, the haste bonuses from most items were nerfed, and the total haste bonus was limited to 10%. The screenshots show the old prenerf bonuses.
