Any more info on these drops? I am level 15, the 2 named skeletons int he cemetary are green to me now. I have killed them both quite a bit and not gotten the vest. is this a pure camp/farm deal or is it activated by a quest?
Skeletons I killed are Sgt Cogsworth(sp?) and another similar named skeleton. Thanks in advance.

drop by the two undead in the cimetary of north black mountain.
another drop is a cloth tunic for all caster, +4 pow and 20 ac ;) (she is green and red)
drops looks purple +++ for me at lvl 10, but mob easy to kill for my theurgist ;)
