I did this quest last night with my runemaster. I got a +5 piety ring. Not too shabby.
Morra was blue to me at 7th. I had killed her once before, before i knew of the quest. She was alone then. The next time i saw her (and had activated the quest) she was with a wolf pup and another wolf who all agroed when she was pulled.
Some notes:
The area she wanders in is pretty dangerous at night with all the roaming dirges (they killed me twice). So be on your toes if you alone and bind at the village (forget the name, A-something).
While waiting for her, do the task assigned by the dwarf at the bind stone in the village (forget the name, A-something). Just need to kill a army ant worker (also blue to 7th). They roam in the same area as Morra. Great exps from it (got 3sp and 1200 exps i think when i did it at 8th).

Just finished this quest with my 7th level healer...after turning in the bones I recieved a skull brooch of morra...+3 to constitution.

Morra is found on the snowy patches near the sunken ship. Take road east all the way to the coast, follow coast down being careful of rockcrabs. At the ship mill around the tree area. Sometimes on a hill.
