Yosef Angor in Vasudheim wants Jeweled Shaman Totems from shaman hagbui in Vanern Swamp. He gave me this task at lvl 42 and I received 15.2 million exp per totem.

The minimum is level 40, and the maximum is level 43.

I got one drop from killing several hagbui shamans, but I was not able to turn-in for experience, as a level 44.
