DISCLAIMER: Your Steps and Tasks may be different Rhela, Abandoned Mines, loc. 22848, 22615, 19230 Rhela asks you to get a copy of Glashtin Plans. Take a Mine Cart to the end of West Track One. Then head north to the T and head east across the planks then head southeast to the second set of tracks and head south to find some glashtin surveyors (loc. 24598, 14695). Kill them to get a copy of the Glashtin Plans. Return to Rhela with the Glashtin Plans. Rhela then asks you to slay Overseer Zadak. Head down the ramp of the central chasm and head to West Track Four (nw of the obelisk). Head west down the track and take the first tunnel on your right (north). Head north across the bridge and ahead you will find Overseer Zadak. An orange con overseer lurks just across the bridge and is aggro, so take care when making your way to Zadak. Zadak, red con at lvl 30 hits like a mack truck so you might want to bring a friend. After you kill Zadak you will need to kill the forgemasters to clear the way to the waterfall bridge. Step onto the bridge near the waterfall - be sure not to walk through the waterfall as that seems to aggro Forgemaster Ryjorn on the other side and he is red con at lvl 31. /use the flask to fill it. Then /use the flask again near the barrels to complete your mission. Return the filled flask to Rhela for your reward. You are awarded 40,500,000 exp! You are awarded 2 gold and some silver! Level 31 Ranger also received: Reinforced Gardener's Gloves lvl 47 received 146,800,648 exp. lvl 48 received 146,800,648 exp. The barrel part was a bit frustrating - took forever for me to finish it because there are tons of barrels there and how it is you complete that step. The barrel (not plural) you need is right next to the overseer, and you need to standing very close to them to complete the step by "/use"ing the flask.

146,800,648 earned and Leather Gardener's Gloves for lvl 47 NS. FWIW, if you do happen to walk through the waterfall and get Ryjorn aggro, you must destroy the forge in order to kill him. The forge takes a while doing pure physical damage and NS spell does even less. If you're not up to eating dirt and Forgemaster Ryjorn cons yellow or higher, be very careful not to cross the waterfall.
