DISCLAIMER: Your Steps and Tasks may be different Begin by talking to the Shaman trainer in Jord (either troll works). She refers you again to Visindakona Guri, who actually gives you the quest. After a few more warnings of impending doom, she sends you once again to Rielder, the same Dwarf in the northernmost building of Mularn who you talked to for the level five epic. He tells you of three Vendo who need killing: * Scout Haurg (loc 19968, 45784) who is located just north of the far southwestern guardtower in the Vale of Mularn * Scout Grogor, who is located at 43389/24788 (also seen at loc=43745/24608), just north of the guardtower near Haggerfel * and finally Scout Igbror, loc 41382, 5173, just west of Fort Veldon. After killing them in any order, return to Rielder. He sends you back to Guri, who gives you your reward, a belt. Quest dialog: submitted by: Betha Visindakona Guri says, "(your name). Your presence here is welcomed. I have consulted with the Council of Gothi. The Vendo threat to the internal stability of Midgard must be [addressed] before it is too late." Visindakona Guri says, "To that end I am tasking Rielder with aggressively countering Vendo attempts to gather information on our defenses. Here are a new set of [orders] for him." You have been given the The Bear Hunter (Epic 2) quest. Visindakona Guri says, "As before, if there is anything you can do to assist him with carrying out these orders, please do so. Rielder can usually be found in the Bar in Mularn. Now run swiftly, and take these orders to him! May the gods speed your travels." You receive Rielder's Orders from Visindakona Guri! Rielder says, "You again?! Let me guess, a new set of orders from the Council of Gothi." Rielder says, "Let's see what the high and mighty Gothi want old Rielder to do this time." Rielder says, "His dedication to Blodfelag supremacy eclipses mine and with our djavul alliance, his newfound power will sweep across Svealand like a crimson tide! Savor this small victory, for your doom is at hand!" Rielder reads the orders. Rielder says, "Hmm, well it looks like they are finally taking my warnings seriously, Healer. There is work to be done. Killing work. [Want to] make yourself useful again?" Rielder says, "That's the spirit! I knew there was something agreeable about you Healer. Alright, let me think. There are several Vendo scouting our areas. [Three] in fact. If we kill them all, it should accomplish what the Council of Gothi have in mind." Rielder says, "Search for each of the Vendo Scouts near Fort Veldon, the guard tower near Haggerfel, and the second guard tower to the West of here on the road to Svealand. They will be [lurking somewhere] close enough to observe each of those locations." Rielder says, "I'll have other hunters out there too, so you may run into them out there. Good luck with those Vendo Scouts! When you've killed all three, come back here to check in with me before returning to the Council of Gothi in Jordheim. Good luck, Healer!" Scout Igbror 41367, 5106 Scout Haurg 19905, 45766 Scout Grogor 43504, 24850 Rielder says, "Good work out there kid. One day you might even be as feared by the Vendo as I am. When you report to the Council of Gothi, make sure you tell them that the Vendo are still [gathering in force]." Rielder says, "It will take more than killing scouts to eliminate the threat of an all out war. Hah, wonder what those fancy Jordheim priests would do if they didn't have people like you and me to do the real work! You take care of yourself now, Healer." Visindakona Guri says, "(your name). You have been gone a while. Did you have success in your mission?" You tell Visindakona Guri about the three Vendo Scouts that you hunted down and killed. You also relate Rielder's warning that it will take more to stop the Vendo threat. Visindakona Guri says, "Rielder has rough edges, but he is a true hero of Midgard. As for you, you have once again proved yourself to be resourceful and brave. In my visions your role in this matter is still only just [beginning] though." Visindakona Guri says, "Steel yourself for difficult battles to come, (your name). I will consult with the Council of the Gothi again. We will send for you soon. Here, take this as a token of appreciation for the service you have provided. May the gods keep your travels safe!" You receive the Practitioner Belt from Visindakona Guri!
