1) Speak with Dostram loc=24k, 18k

2) Travel to Humberton Castle and talk to Steward Willie, loc=20k, 40k, type /whisper events

3) Seek out Captain Ryder in Humberton Village, loc=25k,43k, and type /whisper story

4) At night travel to the hills west of Humberton, around loc=11.8k,41.9k, to kill Summoner Salizern. Upon his death Salizern's Notes will appear in your inventory.

5) Return to Dostram and hand him Salizern's Notes for your reward.
