DISCLAIMER: Your Steps and Tasks may be different [Step #1] Starts with your trainer in TNN [Step #2] Talk to Brigit in the pallace of Alainn Cuir in TNN. The council has decided that the best plan is to send a small group to infiltrate the stronghold and eliminate Tethra and his allies. The Great Druid of the Draoi Dorcha, Gweoran is the first target. Before confronting Tethra, kill prince Sephius and the Siabra he leads. /use the Fomorian Statuette to enter the Fortress in Lough Gur. It is located Northwest of the Parthanan stable that is north of Innis Carthaig. [Step #3] Enter the instanced dungeon inside the instanced dungeon. It's behind the door. Clear to the Great Druid Gweoran. The mobs along the way call for help so pull them back and fight away from the others. The main room, with the Great Druid, has 4 Follower of Gweoran. They all came at once for me. They doted, poisoned and diseased. It wasn't a fun fight but it was nothing compared to when I pulled the Great Druid Gweoran. He doted, diseased, and hit for 350ish. He was hitting faster than I could heal at first. Keep your healer far back or the AOE spells will hit them also. [Step #4] After you kill the Great Druid Gweoran you search the chamber and find no way to the second level. Return to Tir na Nog and tell Brigit. She is quite unhappy that you were unable to get to the second level. She orders her nightshades to watch the entrance while Lobais thinks of a way inside. Attempt with a 48 NS got beat down pretty quickly by the creature summoned by the Followers. Definitely going to try again. Might need to call in reinforcements though.

Soloed sucessfully with a tri spec ml10 convoker druid. Just have to watch for the 4 yellows mentioned above.

Posted: Feb 17 2006 at 7:19 PM, Rating: Sub-Default, (Expand Post) Tried with my Hero (yesterday from this post), capped template and everything. I died due to call of help and invisible monster bugs. Ended up with 7 yellows on me at the end.

Attempted to solo this encounter with a Lvl 48 SM speccd Vamp with no success. I found it a little easier to pull the Followers 1st, then 1 vs 1 with The Great Druid Gweoran. Will try again later, hopefully with better results...
