[Step #5] Give Fagan Ultran's Scroll [Step #6] Fagan believes that the lurikeen scholar and prophet, Lobais, has the ability to translate Ultran's Scroll. Bring it to him in Tir na Nog's palace, Alainn Cuir. BOO on me!!.Missed the XP & last steps. I do know that you take the note to Lobais in Alainn Cuir, He'll tell you something about it and (par for course with Mythic) tell you to return to, who else, Fagan, for your reward and xp.
