Crushed Faith  

Found gytrash southwest of Bold Outpost T3, near a bunch of Grimwood Willows and basalisks, while doing the Crushed Faith quest. Killing the gytrash spawns the named.

Found the Gytrash at loc= 21418,11817,8049 dir=246 in the Pennine Mountains night spawn only 12am-6am. My journal only said to "Locate the gytrash in the Pennines and kill one to incur the wrath of Dash." It did not say anything about killing Dash. I killed one of the green one to me (I was 50 when I finally got around to finishing this one) and a black horse spawned named Dash (blue to my 50). My journal did not advance so I decided to kill Dash. I pulled him and began combat. He shapeshifted a number of times from horse, to man, to wolf and back again. He constantly healed himself. Pretty soon I got him to around 30% (I am on a 50 healing cleric) when all the other Gytrashs joined the fight (around 6) and he healed to 100%. Soon I was losing, so I ran off until they stopped following me. I quickly returned and wondered if the others were somehow healing him... so I killed all the Gytrashs before hitting Dash. I was then able to stun and smite him (with my little 7 in smite)to about 10% (he never healed himself) and meleed him until he died. He dropped a 2-handed hammer and my Journal told me to take the hammer to Sister Rhigwyn.

I got this quest and i had to go kill a cornish giant which i found at 11129, 29272 and it was yellow to me,
there were a few in the area, but i got one with a guildie, and after it dropped, a min later it said i found the hammer after searching the body!

The new update on the quest says to search the mountains NE of Caer Renaris. I have searched all of Forest Sauvage West of the milegate wall at night and have not been able to locate any Mountain Grims. I've also search most of the area east of the milegate, most of Snowdonia and a portion of Pennine with similar luck.

Anyone happen to know where they can be found in the New Frontiers?

Found Dash in Penn. Mtns 4k, 12k

Didn't need to kill anything for him to spawn, just happened to see him.

I have gotten the Crushed Faith quest and have killed all the pre-requisite mobs and am on step 8 where it says roughtly; "Locate the gytrash in the Pennines and kill one to incur the wrath of Dash, then kill Dash." Accd. to another site there is some message about "you feel a chill wind blowing" after killing that first gytrash which means that Dash has spawned and is nearby. Well, I got agro'd by a tougher mob while trying to find Dash (a Teg archer) and was running away from it when i ran right into Dash; so I had both of them chasing me... fortunately I was able to outrun them both and survive; but I have not been able to find Dash since. I think there was some message (when Dash was chasing me) about him shapeshifting and he vanished.

My quest hasn't changed but I can't seem to make Dash spawn again; I even went back to the guy in Suavage or the woman in the church in Camelot. Any advice on how to get Dash to re-pop for this?

The mountain grims are only found at night and I believe only between 12 midnight and dawn (unlike a lot of night spawns that are between 6p and 6a.). For a loc I would say roughly 5k, 5k in the Pennines. They are up on top of some hills and can surprise you as you come up. For a description I would say position yourself coming out of Snowdonia into the Pennines in that narrow canyon; you're heading East towards Caer Sursbrooke following the stones. At a certain point the canyon you are in get narrower and climbs up. When you get to the top of this, hang a left (north) and continue to climb the hill; Mountain Grims are up top (after midnight).

I must find mountain grims in the pass between snowdonia and pennine mts. they spawn at night, but i have never been able to find them. I found snowdon grim and faint grims but no mountain grims. Please help if you can
