These are a very poor drop rate for you level. Been in CT with a friend two levels now and we have gotten only one scroll. Geez what is Mythic thinking with drop rates for items. Scares me that DA is turning into EQ for item drops.

Yes, they are in The Cursed Tomb. I got 2 of them after killing about 20 or so Cursed Moras. Just about to turn the scrolls in :P

The only place I have seen these are in The Cursed Tomb. I only got to kill one before I had to hightail it out of there and it didn't drop the scroll. I dont know how rare they are but I'm going back in to try again.
