I got one of these off a Tomb Raider, I was about lvl 17-18 at the time. The Tomb Raiders are located on the mound next to the large patch of grove nymphs.

Was in the plains by the south tower(edge of forest) fighting giants and chickens just up from the tower(north/north-east of it)I dont remember what critter dropped it.

also drops from salisbury giants

was just killing for a quick level and was surprised to see the big lugs drop something sorta usefull for once

took about 12 or so before it dropped, haven't gotten another since

Drops off of Tomb Raiders and Tomb Raider Commanders in their camp behind the broken bridge with (small) skeleton legionnaires on it.
