I have tried to give Allia the Arrows several times and it says she does not want this item. Says she wants blood red wine from creature in forest. Is this a bug or what should i do. I am almost 38 and have very little time remaining to redeem the Arrows.

I heard with the last patch several of the kill tasks got bugged, /appeal and see what happens.
