DISCLAIMER: Your Steps and Tasks may be different Per patch 1.75b: - Outcast Ormgarth - This quest is now geared to players between levels 22 and 32. Grin the crier says, "The circle of mages has complained of many murders in the dead of night. Their leader, Olorustos might have more information to tell." Olorustos is looking for an adventurer to track down a dangerous outlaw nearby. Agree to take the quest and head to the north of town and look for Ormgarth. He is surrounded by snakes. Killing him will result in a snake charm. Olorustos says, "Ah! Perhaps you [can help] us!" Olorustos says, "Yes, there is an outcast member of our association known as Ormgarth who has been [causing problems]." Oloruostos says, "He has been slipping deadly snakes into the beds of our members for weeks now. Will you help us and [stop him]?" Dialog box: Do you accept the Outcast Ormgarth quest? You have been given the Outcast Ormgarth quest. Olorustos says, "Oh thank you! He was last seen not far from here. Northeast, into the woods!" [Step #1] Find and kill Ormgarth. He has been seen Northeast from the circle of stones. Ormgarth is located exactly NE of the stones. The stones are called Ring of Sentasil. Loc or Ormgarth: 22515, 3221 When you attack him, he and a dozen snakes will attack you. But if you kill Ormgarth before the snakes kill you, you get the charm! Ormgarth says, "You shall not stop me from killing those who have caused me such pain!" Kill him! Get the charm. You receive a Snake Charm from Ormgarth! You have finished the Outcast Ormgarth quest. Ormgarth drops a snake's head charm. He also drops a Snake's Head Charm Reward: |

Level 23 Arms and he's not offering me the quest.
The reward has better stats since they made it a higher level quest...

just did this quest with my 8 scout, and didnt get any xp at all for it. also the charm only sells for 1 copper

he also drops the snakehead axe, a neat piece for mercs as it is lefty-usable... i submitted the stats...

I've had this charm since 5th and i'm now 12th, but the Con bonus doesn't seem to work anymore. Maybe there is a power lvl on the item?

Or maybe the condition has dropped through use. Take it to a smith for repairs and it will work again.

This quest is available at level 6 and the crier in Camelot will have heard the rumor of the quest. The actual title of the quest is Outcast Ormgarth. Binding in the Ring of Sentasil (next to the Lethantis Association building; Olorustus tells you Ormgarth is northeast of this ring) strongly recommended so that in case all the little snakes finish you off you can get back before that medallion rots. Medallion? Yeah, Ormgarth will also drop a Snake Head Medallion that goes in the Neck slot and is Body+2% in addition to the Snake Charm (CON+3, Jewelry slot) that autoloots.

the quest is in the c. forest, at the noobie starting point there, that is where the quest starts for those wondering..
I was not able to receive this quest until level 6.

last night with a 5th level group no one was able to get this quest, it was apaladin, a infiltrator and a theurge...
they may have increased the level cap...

Letahntis Association is located in the n00b town in that c.forest or something (i'm new in albion)
There are mainly 2 houses/towers where you spawn, i would say, 1 tower is the Mage house, where all the magically based trainers is located, and one Fighter house, where Scout trainer is, and some more trainers... the mage house is Lethantis Association, the NPC is located right in front of you when you walk up the tower...
I hope this helps, i'm a n00b in alb as I said...

This is an easy quest with one a partner, we did it at level 5. i'm a scout and my partner was a Pali. While you are in the area go and kill the goblins to the north (i think) the little camp glows green at night. You get a frequent and random drop of the fingerbone necklace, which gives you +4 HP. The goblins are easier then then Ormgarth, so I would do the goblins first, plus you will have the extra HP.

Yeah those snakes suprised me the first time. Then I just tried to kill as many as possible before attacking her. I was level 6 when I got my charm

Olorustus can be found inside the large stone building with several tower like structures and raised walkways...
the "Critter" is a human outlaw... listen to what Olorustus says.. north east of the stones...

I did this quest at level 6. I am a Theurgist and she was blue to me. Just sent in 5 Air Elementals and after they killed her the snakes went back to their positions.

I died twice to the grouping snakes in this quest (don't be fooled if they're a grey con, I was attacked by about 12 the first time). Once I got to level 7, I tried it again and beat it by killing all the snakes around Ormgarth, then attacking her. Snakes still seem to hide around somewhere, but I only had to face two and a few weaker small snakes.

Ormgarth stands around near a hill northeast of Lethantis Association.

I killed Ormgarth a second time yesterday, helping a friend do the quest, and I recieved a snake head medallion, adding 2% to poison resistance... has anyone tried killing her multiple times?
