I received one in the large open ramp-room where all the Keltoi guys are standing around. Be in a big group when you hunt there because they will come in 3's and sometimes more.

I've noticed that you hardly ever see that on DAoC items. Anyway, on my server this goes for an average of 4-5gp (Gawaine). Any other inputs? Or is this still new to start worrying about the mega economy that EQ has? Dunno, just curious.
How do the level improvements help? i.e. do you get extra spells in the lines or do you hit more often, etc. etc. etc.

Spells of 18 level and lower cost less to cast.

I have only seen this dropped in the ant room, there are sorc and wizzy versions as well, at level 22 mine cons orange.

This staff drop in Keltoi fogou and its a random drop, its not a quest and he con blue to me at lvl 29. Can be sell for 5-10 gold max.

Its not a quest item at all. I have like 3 of them they are random drops throout the dungeun. I have gotton 2 of my 3 in the ant room. So hope that helps.
