Got this today, procs at lvl30 not 32

Reports on this weapon conflict because it's been changed on how it works. This used to be simply and nothing more than a one time drop off of Phantom Wickermen. This has been changed! Now you must kill Withe. The weapon "USED" to proc at 30 - "NOW" it procs at 32. The weapon is black and it's a great weapon for a Celtic Dauling class that uses blades... but for anyone else... just give it to someone that actually NEEDs it.

After being present for this drop on 3 occasions (once for myself and twice helping friends)I can safely say Withe spawns once on a 5 night cycle and it only started to Proc for me at 32

Proc is short for process I believe. Basically it means that it 'casts' an effect, in this case a DD, every now and then.

I think thats the worst assesment I can think of. Try this on for size.

Apparently Withe only spawns once every 5 game days.
The wickermen start poppin at about 9pm
game time, so find some mobs outside luigen to solo during the day, and your sweet.

Actually it starts procing at lvl 30

Got my sickle at 29, but it didnst start doing dd procs until Lv32. After that it was doing dd60-80 damage.

Well I submitted this one with all the info guess it didnt make it. So heres the low down on how to get it.
One time drop - must be lvl29 to get it
Withe = named Phantom Wickerman
Near Druim Ligen (next to those Giant Firby mobs by the river around small hill close by) spawns (at night only)Phantom wickermen. They randomly spawn all night but also skip spawn cycles, Withe can spawn each time but def not always hehe. They have a nasty dot too. Just kill Withe once he spawns (my be there a couple game nights for him to show up). Everyone in group will get the Sickle.
Pest Sickle looks Black and procs a 81dmg DD (I tested mine on some unsuspecting grays heh). Also from what I understand it does not proc till lvl30 but you can get it at 29. The wickermen also drop the Phantom ******* Sword which is pretty nice, as a rare drop.

Do u have to be level 29 period or is it 29 and above to get the drop

29+ till he turns grey and then it wont appear in your invintory
