Dropped from jotun outcast or broken jotuns... they are red and purple to level 50

I think this turned to yellow at level 49, or maybe 50 :)

Anyway, nice sword, but I think GA ******* is better

Just fyi.. this sword was orange to me even on 49 as i remember so it must be 50lvl item or so.

Drops off Broken Jotuns
I know a 2 handed hammer drops off of Crippled jotuns of equivalent stats.

As far as when it turns orange, all I know is the orm staff doesn't turn orange til 43
