Sir Gleran's Lost Necklace

DISCLAIMER: Your Steps and Tasks may be different You must complete Niea's Missing Brother first. Andryn and Niea would like you to complete the quest that Roan had undertaken. You must retrieve the necklace that Roan was to deliver, if only to clear Roan's name. The necklace can be retrieved from the filidh's that inhabit a smal valley directly behind West Downs. Keep killing the filidh's until their leader shows up. The person to look for is Kedalinde Teanidd. Once you kill her and get the necklace, return it to Sir Gleran in Humberton Castle for your reward. ___________________________________________________________ Notes by Shadowar: You must do the Niea's missing brother quest before doing this one. 1) To start the quest, talk to stable boy Andryn at loc 29070, 7900 in Salisbury plains (in West Downs). 2) Go kill the Filidh's leader named Kedalinde Teanidd at loc 28200, 1860 in Salisbury plains. Be careful, if you pull or attack Kedalinde first, there can be as much as 6 other filidhs that will attack as well. Better clean them before attaking Kedalinde. This quest may now have a much lower maximum level. I finished the prereq while trying to clear old quests from my journal. I was unable to get the next quest (this one) even if I had desired it.

Be careful, if you pull or attack Kedalinde first, there can be as much as 6 other filidhs that will attack as well. Better clean them before attaking Kedalinde. When she dies, you receive a golden necklace.

I was on my way to give Sir Gleran the necklace, when he allowed me to activate the shield quest before I gave the necklace to him (I was lvl 13 at the time). I still had to give it to him to finish up this quest, but it appears that I could have done the shield quest without doing this quest.

Did this quest with 2 other lvl 11's, may be better to have more if you can. After handing over the flute we Found Kedalinde Teanidd easy, she was waiting for us in the middle of the fidlth's and conned yellow to me a lvl 11 armsman. Managed to pull her and only about 4-6 others (didn't bother to count sorry) the wizzy bit it before I could rescue him but the cleric earned his pay. After I had the group of mobs under control we took them out easy. Returned the necklace, got the silly belt for the silly wizard, sold mine for one lowsy copper, didn't even get any xp. Personally I don't see how a lvl 11 can do this quest by himself, if you want the belt, make friends!

nm i found her ninea or something chillin by bogs in the marsh. man get ready for some walking and horsies if you do this quest, you have to go down to marsh and look for her, then after you actually find her at night (kinda by mudmen) near the fort there, then she sends you to black mountains to find Sir Verlin and kill some guys to help find out about barbarians. Loooong quest, still not done hopefully the reward is good. i'll let you guys know

after i did this i got an excalibur quest, to search for a lady of the lake. it says to search in snowdonia, avalon marsh, or cap forest. i checked in the forest and marsh, both have people in there that say a lady ghost comes for just a few moments before daybreak.....help i cant find her....

EZ to find Lady of Lake...Simply go to Camp Stationturn left at river bank..follow it till you see an island(get a map)..swim across water,and about half way on the island,if you staring at it..shw spawns,right along the bank..starting at 7pm.Don't worry..she glows,you will find her ez,and no obs to jump ya.

Do I find Kedalinde in the stone circle south of west downs where at night the ghosts show up and at day the filidiths? I killed nearly 25 filidiths and she didn`t spawn. I' m a level 14 theurgist.

i got this quest at lvl 14 merc. To the 16 armsman i think u must first complet the niea's lost brother quest i hope this helps

This quest definetly doesn't start in Avalon Marsh.
Andryn is the stable boy at West Downs.
I know that there's no need to mention it, cause everyone handing over Roan's Flute gets it automatically, but I think it should be corrected anyway.

Min level is actually 11, got it straight after handing over Roan's broken flute.
