DISCLAIMER: Your Steps and Tasks may be different 04.06.05 Per Patch 1.75: - La morti parla - The Skeletal Legionnaires for this quest can now be found in Salisbury Plains. They guard the bridge next to the Fallen Tower. Characters that were created after Patch Version 1.79 do not receive this Epic quest. Upon completing the Scura tragedia quest and reaching level 20, talk to Master Vismer to receive La Morti Parla. Step one: Kill a skeletal legionnaire such as those found in Cornwall down the path guarded by several sets of skeletal centurions. At the end of this path there is an undead camp, where Legionnaires can be found. Or you can just go to the broken bridge in Salibury Plains and kill a legionaire at the broken bridge. Step two: Pick up the 'roman skeleton dust' and return to Vismer in Camelot; give him the dust. Step three: Travel due northwest from west downs to a druid ring. Vismer tells you you must retrieve a druid's eye from the druid ring (loc 27000, 54000)directly southeast of West Downs in Salisbury. Kill any Filidh (loc Filidhs at 35000, 16000)(or druid) there to get an eye, keeping in mind they come out only at day time, kill one and receive 'a druid eye' Step four: Return to Vismer in Camelot and give him 'a druid eye' Step five: Run to Cotswold and speak to Master Ferowl who can be found upstairs in the bar, the building farthest northwest, it is the first tavern on your left as you leave Camelot. Step six: Return to Vismer in camelot to receive your reward. This completes the La Morti Parla quest, awards .5 blue of xp, and advances the Scura Tragedia quest to step 8. Rewards: |

For the Druids Eye you have to go directly south southeast of West Downs and kill the filths there. I remember vanilla times back then where the quest was fullfilled this way too. Questlog dont tell you to kill druids for the Druids Eye. There may be freeshards and live today where you gather the Druids Eye from the lvl 20 yellow con druids in the south of Salisbury Plaines, so the quest is fixed the way it should be but that is not on Uthgard and vanilla back in days.

You guys need to figure out the difference between filidhs and druids.
Dont tell players that druids are at XY when they are actually filidhs.
If you are supporting the theory that was put it earlier that killing a filidh instead of a druid fulfills the requirement then you need to say that it is a filidh ring and that you can get credit for killing one instead of a druid. If in fact that is wrong then you are sending people to locations where there are in fact NO druids.
I just did an entire search of the Plains and the only place there are just plain druids is way South in Sals Plains within sight of the tower at the edge of Camp Forest. MOB maps on DAoC sites also support this FACT. The ring is next to the hill that marks the South edge of the map. That is the ONLY place there are just plain "druid"s (along with some druid spirits).
That being said I killed about 20 of these *$(#%ers and didnt get an eye. I will be trying filidhs on my next try.

As for is it filidh or duids, just read your journal if it says druid's eye go kill a druid if it says Filidh eye go kill a Filidh,

The quest says kill a Filidh. So if you kill anything else, you won't get anything :) There IS a mob called "Filidh". What threw me off a bit was that it was in a level 10 area and I did the quest at 22. But it dropped anyway.
In both cases you don't have to loot anything. So you can go to broken bridge, 2 bolt a legionnaire to kill it then run away before the adds come. You'll still get the dust.
Got over 1,000,000 xp at level 22.

As well intentioned as that comment is, it's not correct. I just did this portion of the quest, and when I killed a "fildh" I got nothing. When I killed a "devout fildh" I got the eye. It may be that the key is the ring near West Downs, and the actual MOB is random (in my case it was the second mob I killed after the Fildhs started spawning in the morning

Firstly, cast a couple of bolts on blue/yellow con Legionaire, an ad will come..wether you wanna root it or die is up to you but you get the "Dust" reguardless having killed the fist.
Secondly, the filidhs directly North of WD con grey ;) "Eye" is auto put in inventory.
Both require just one kill.
This makes for an extremely easy/fast epic.

Before I find out the hard way.. if I cast a debuff on one legionaire by the bridge to try to pull it, is the whole group going to come running at me? Are they linked?

I was able to get the Eye from the Filidhs near the spot for the Staff for Life quest.

A long time ago with my wizard I got the eye from the druids that are near the broken bridge... but that was many many patches ago... so who knows

All you need is go North from WD across the Hill
behind it is the driudcicle where you kill in LVL 10-12, :) kill one and get the Eye.

No, That is a filidh ring not druids. Doesnt matter if it is day or night they are always filidhs. That is the Aithne Con ring.
OK...this makes no sense at all to me.
The Filidh ring close to WD tops out at level 13 at the highest. Why on earth would Mythic quest you to kill greys (as this is the level 20 Epic) in order to retrieve a quest item? Shouldn't it require you to hunt at the much more dangerous Druid ring in the south center of the zone? Those are around levels 19-23 or so and would be a much more appropriate challenge (especially considering the legos that drop the dust are only a bit lower than level 20).

minstrels gets leggings, 40 AF 7 quick 6 con 4% matter resistance, called leggings of comfort, ill post it later or something

well I have gotten to the part where I need to Kill Favius and release the undead. However I seem to not have written the words of power down in my Journal. Guess my character thought they were not important. Dirty Trick Mythic! Does anyone know the words?

Ive noticed that they have posted both robes that the casters get for this quest. But i am a minstrel. What is the reward we recieve?

ok im at the part of the quest where i have to get the druid eye i found the druid ring way past the broken bridge at loc 27k 54k i killed ALOT of druids no eye!! what am i missing? i am lvl 24 now and i want this quest done w/!!! any tips would be great! like maybe another druid ring??

The correct druid ring is quite close to west downs, you've gone way too far if you're near the broken bridge. Travel across the road from WD to atop the giant mound aside the road. From this vantage point, the correct druid ring can be seen. As stated, it's location is 34890,16140 and the druids only pop during the day.

No, the ring that you can see from the top of the hill near the road at West Downs is a filidh ring not a druid ring. They are filidhs during the say and they are still filidhs at night. They are always filidhs.

what do i need to do exactly to complete step7 of the scura tragedia quest which says -learn the words that could manifest the roman undead. i still have this in my journal and when i do talk to master vismer he wont give me the la morti parla quest. i really need help on this one

Where on earth are these druids in salisbury plains; I just can't find them! Any pointers greatfully received.

The only druids that I have found (not filidhs but actually named druids) are almost all the way South in Salisbury Plains. It is a stone ring down in a depression, not on a barrow hill. It is so far south that you can see the tower that is at the entrance to Camp Forest. It is populated by druids that con yellow at 20 and druid spirits that can orange. As someone in this thread said earlier 27-54ish.
That being said there is some discussion in this thread that people have been told to kill a druid but got credit for killing a filidh after killing several druids at the ring I mentioned above.
I can tell you that I killed over 20 druids in South Sals Plains and got squat so I am going to try the filidh thing and see what happens.

After killing many of the druids that spawned the day, I had no luck in retrieving the eye. I returned to West Downs and decided on a joy kill on a Filidh.....it dropped the eye! So it's not druids, it means Filidhs it seems...something definately wrong

instead of going all the way to cornwall, u can just go to the broken bridge in Salibury Plains and kill a legionaire at the broken bridge.
