This has got to be the worst quest in DAOC......
I spent more money on poisons for the mobs otw to grove of trees then 13 silver. LAME

DISCLAIMER: Your Steps and Tasks may be different I was directed to see Landon Huntingdon by the Town Crier at Adribard's Retreat. Landon is located next to the the tower at the southwest corner of Salisbury Plains. His son is ill, and will die unless he receives his medicine. Unfortunately, a druid seer has attacked them and stolen the medicine needed. Landon wants you kill the druid seer, and return the medicine. The druid seer is located to the east of the tower, in a grove of trees, along with a group of approx 5 fildhs. If you face to the east there is a stone ring circle in front of you and north east is another you go between these and there is a small group of trees loc 29k, 49k. He coned green to me at 20 Returned the vial to Landon, and receive 13 silver and 5 copper. |

...But the quest was not supposed to be about money. It was supposed to be about helping somebody who was ill, and getting them medicine. Why concern yourself with mere coin? You helped somebody.

Ah! Therein lies the problem. Only a select few play this game as an MMORPG, the rest see it as a big arcade game and feel the need to score points/get money to show how good they are. I just like the idea of helping folks - some quests are their own rewards.

This quest was the worst quest ive ever done. It was easy but not worth the time to get 13 silver and 5 copper. Dont do it unless your very strappd for cash, and i mean very!
