I complete a full level 29-30 killing cinder drakes at that place, not spawn. Why ?!?!?!?

Received drop with 29 skald and 29 shaman. Mob was red.

found ember at 18:30 (6:30 pm) in loc 31 / 15 and about 5min (real time) after i killed it again at the same loc. (found also eld the fire flower patrouling at this loc)

I found him at 37k, 16k at 4pm.

The name I have in my quest log is Drakescale Leggings not Ember
