Brief Walkthrough:
1) Speak with Wilderjack in Tir na Nog (loc=18801,24474).
2) /Use the List of Animals to Scan and then /Use the Scanning Wand on the following: Wisp, Boar,Pixie, and Flies (All can be found in and around Tir na Nog.)
3) Return to Wilderjack and hand him the Scanning Wand for your reward.

Speak with Wilderjack in Tir na Nog (loc=18801,24474,6866 dir=337).

Wilderjack will give you a "List of Animals to Scan" and a "Scanning Wand."

/Use the List of Animals to Scan

[Step #1] Find some wisps in the city. They only seem to come out at night. Get close to one and /use the wand.

You use the Scanning Wand.
The Scanning Wand says, "Analysis: Scan of Wisp Complete."

2) Find some Boar in the city. They only seem to come out at night. Get close to one and /use the wand.
(Boar found at loc=19887,21217,7460 dir=183 Tir na Nog.)

You use the Scanning Wand.
The Scanning Wand says, "Analysis: Scan of Boar Complete."

[Step #3] Find some pixies in the city. They are everywhere! Get close to one and /use the wand.
(Found a pixie at loc=17548,24348,6818 dir=173 Tir na Nog.)

You use the Scanning Wand.
The Scanning Wand says, "Analysis: Scan of Pixie Complete."

4) Find some Flies in the city. Get close to one and /use the wand.
(Flies can be found at the stables at loc=16026,25610,6489 dir=78 Tir na Nog.)

You use the Scanning Wand.
The Scanning Wand says, "Analysis: Scan of Flies Complete."

[Step #5] You have scanned all the required creatures, return the want to Wilderjack.

Wilderjack says, "Did you scan them all? If so hand me the wand!"

Wilderjack says, "Everything looks in order. Thank you so much, this really should speed up my experiements. Thank this for your time and I'll keep you in mind if I need anything in the future."
