Per patch 1.69:
- Youth Gone Wrong - Players between levels 4 and 14 that have completed this quest may return to Mandra and receive an additional reward. Mandra will now give this reward as part of the quest.

Speak to Mandra in Mag Mell, she can be found on the East side of the town hiding in the back of the buildings. She'll tell you she's broken away from the local gang of villainous youths, and she's hiding in Mag Mell to avoid the hit gangs after her. After you accept the Quest, the villainous youths show up and after you kill a few, you are directed to speak to Mandra again by your Journal. You speak to her, she thanks you and you are given about 10 silver and a tiny bit of XP.

Mag Mell behind Main Building

Mandra says, "Oh, hello there. I don't have time to talk. I'm afraid something [bad] will happen to me."

Mandra says, "I recently fell in with the [wrong crowd]."

Mandra says, "Those villainous youths out there, well, they are my friends...used to be my friends. Not really friends, though, if you ask me. We were doing some terrible things! Stealing, lying...All manner of [ill deeds]!"

Mandra says, "Yes. My parents found out and I realized what I had been doing. I was so ashamed. I told the leader that I wasn't going to come back and be part of that group anymore, but she said she'd [hurt me] if I didn't stay with them."

Mandra says, "I stay here because I know they won't come close to Mag Mell. They are afraid of Fagan and the guards, so I'm safe here, for the time being. But I know everyday they get [braver and braver]."

Mandra says, "Will you please help me? "

You have been given the Youth Gone Wrong quest. [Level 4]

Mandra says, "Thank you! I will pay you whatever I can. Oh no! Here they come! Please protect me!"

You turn around and two villainous youths are heading for you.

Mandra says, "Oh, thank you for helping me. I think I should go somewhere else, until this blows over. Thank you again friend. Please, take this as a token of my appreciation. Goodbye!"

You receive the Snake-tail Ring from Mandra!
You are awarded 240 experience!

When I tried this at lvl I died. Now I can't get the youths to pop again, Mandra won't speak to me. Any suggestions on how I can get this done now, or how I can get it cleared from journal?

The villianous youths make a fairly regular run around Mandra. Just hang around for a while and you should see one. What you can also try is just killing any villianous youth. There are quite a few all over Hibernia.

I was given this quest at level 4 as a guardian, but it was a VERY close fight. My weapon and armor were orange to me at that point, and I had one point in a weapon skill so I could get the first weapon style. If it weren't for the equipment and style, don't think I would have won the fight against the two villianous youths. As it was, I believe I was down to about 10 % health when the second one fell. At level 4, the exp was pretty good... over a bubble it seemed. Nice quick easy exp at this level... if you can pull it off. Might want to have a healer backing you up on this one.
