Go to the tower at night and watch from a distance. When the sheeries come to the camp and engage the Siabra, run inside the tower and complete the task.

Story: I'm not sure how, but this crystal transfers thoughts... like a message. I was holding it and felt compelled to hold it to my forehead. When I did, I saw a message in pictures mixed with words. It seems that the Siabra have taken something from the sheeries... can't tell what... and buried it in a large chest at the base of the ruined tower east of here! The Siabra are ransoming it for some artifact the sheeries protect! I know from Sedenadh that the sheeries have been attacking the Siabra at night and now I know why. It's bad for everyone if the Siabra get this artifact... If you can foil the ransom, I will reward you even if the sheeries don't calm down! You will need a diversion to get past the Siabra guard but I don't have anyone I can send with you, you'll have to find your own help. Too bad you can't get the sheeries to help you... Summary: Find the chest buried at the foot of the ruined tower east of Ryley. Retrieve the item the Siabra are guarding, then return to Ryley. Quest Goal: Retrieve whatever the Siabra have stolen. (There is freshly dug soil inside the tower, you will need to click on it to trigger the chest to appear. When the chest appears you will need to break it open. The area is swarming with Siabra, they will con Neutral to you until you click on the soil. You will be mez'ed, you will then have 3 to 4 seconds once the mez wears off to break open the chest before all the Siabra attack you. Once you break open the chest a Venerated Orb will spawn (red to a lvl 8) Don't worry about the orb, just sprint out of the tower back to town.) Only problem I ran into tonight is that if you're even anywhere *NEAR* the tower, half of them just sprint at you as soon as the Sheeries attack.
