I did this with my L41 Void Eldy, they con’d yellow to me.
At L41 I made 78,000,000 xp per turn-in.
The drop rate was about 1 in 5:
15 kills and they dropped 3 total.
Was pretty easy hunting, they didn’t roam and they were no other mobs nearby for adds, and they spawn fairly quick enough. I found them at the tree and the clump of rocks just SW of there.

DISCLAIMER: Your Steps and Tasks may be different Talk to Sentinel Casidhe, she is North of the stablemaster, next to the hut, on the other side of the hut from the stablemaster, and then kill Phaeghoul's (15k, 38k) for their hands. Repeatable 15 times. At lvl 40, and as of patch 1.53, I received 6,918,022 xp for each hand. I found no Phaeghouls at the location 15k 38k like it says. I did however find some at a tree at approx. location 10k 55k lvl 41 received 78,000,000 exp per Phaeghoul Red Hand. |

Another phaeghoul camp can also be found at the clump of rocks south of the tree a short distance away.
I was awarded 6,918,022 experience per hand.
Overall a good quest as the spawn and drop rates are frequent.

They can also be found north of DC near the pond, (east of dadga) where they can be killed with an outpost bonus.

Granted, this may be too challenging for you, but if you used _your_ brain you would see that the question was posted after the note about patch 1.53 was added.
In addition, you might want to check http://www.camelotherald.com/ and see how many people are playing in europe. And how many different languages they speak.
There are lots of daoc sites in europe, but obviously no simple 'european' one.

Ah....So that's it. And I bet their software, internet connection and whatever else is cheaper than in Europe.

Haven't tried Saraid in Caille yet.
What's going on? Have these yet to reach European Servers? We are up to patch 1.49 - are the tasks in a later update?

Sentinel Casidhe is not next to the stablemaster anyway, she is North of him next to the hut, on the other side of the hut from the stablemaster anyway :)
