I searched him on Uthgard Server.
I found him at Loc 53000 53000 in Camelot Hills.
He roamed behind the Tower that contains DF-Entrance.

DISCLAIMER: Your Steps and Tasks may be different As of patch 1.79 this quest is no longer being given out, only those with this quest in their journals prior to the 1.79 patch can complete this quest. This quest has been replaced with a new Epic quest (#1). You are told to speak to a merchant in Humberton village, not the keep. He tells you to go kill a weakened demon behind the demon's tower in Camelot Hills. To get there, go to the bridge that connects Camelot Hills to Salisbury Plains. (The bridge is SE of Prydwen Keep, also SE of Camelot) Follow the bridge east, and away from the shore a tad to avoid aggressive mobs, and you should stumble upon the tower in a few seconds time. Encircle it, remembering to avoid the guards at the door, and you will find the weakend demon between the standing tower and the broken tower. Kill the demon and you will get the Demon Soul Gem (hidden eye), return to the merchant in Humberton, turn in the Demon Soul Gem. This quest is a prerequisite for the level 11 Quest. Im a level 50 friar, and was told to see this guy in the defenders of albion building, it took forever to find him, and when i did he sent me to see lady nuime, and gave me this "STONES OF POWER"Epic 1 elvel 5 quest.....
then she sent me to Humberton VILLAGE< not castle< to see captain ryder, hes by the bindstone, and he sent me off to find this stone so that i could "search" the area.
when i found it, just south of the farm, it wouldnt let me do that there!
this is crazy level 5 quest given to a level 50? i figured its cuz of it being reworked,but dang man.....what am i gonna get worth doing this thing for,
and why when you hit level 50 dont you get the chance to clear quests?

I've been wondering where i could find this merchant(Bline). Where in Humberton is he located? I've been searching for him for like ages, from the day i got the quest from my trainor n now my wiz is lvl 37.. still couldn't find him.. I even ask the guardians but they said they do not know him. :(
Can anyone please help me find him.. i want to finish the epic quest..

Weakened Demon is Blue to level 7.
Also, the Reward for Sorcerers and Wizards
is the Demon Soul Gem (not Hidden Eye) +4 Int. Level 8 Magic Item.
Bline hands it back to you and says "someone of your skill could use this" when you complete the quest.
