DISCLAIMER: Your Steps and Tasks may be different Live Per Patch 1.60 1. Tell Sandu your name. 2. Talk to Iesia in Drioghaid. Tell her 'Sandu sent' me. 3. Talk to Eersie in Necht. Tell her 'Iesia sent' me. 4. Eersie will give you something close by to kill. Soaring manta tail and wretched sanidon (if you are given this one, it has been mentioned any sanidon will do, loc=33324, 16034 Vigilant Rock) are two of the possible items. (blue/yellow to 50). If you follow the road west from Necht, mantas are on the right, wretched sanidons by the pond on the left. 5. Give your dead monster part to Evyene on the beach behind Necht. 6. Tell Evyene that you 'seek a cure'. 7. Get a tentacle from a death shround in World's End. (orange to 50, near 42k, 44.5k) 8. Next task varies. Get blood from a savage bugbear behind Krrzck (orage/red to 50), or get blood from a chalico, right near the death shrouds (yelow/orange to 50). 9. Seek out Xcrzrk just outside Krrzck. If she's neutral/friendly, tell her 'Evyene sent' me. otherwise, kill her for a mantid egg. I did it both ways, and it did not seem to affect the outcome. 10. Go back to Evyene back behind Necht. Give her the tentacle, the blood, and the egg. She will give you a potion. 11. Go back to Iesia in Drioghaid. Give her the potion when she asks for it. 12. Drink some of the potion (drag potion to quickbar, hit use Item key, which is e by default, then click quickbar button). 13. Give the potion to Cailbyn to the east outside Drioghaid. He will give you a note for Sandu. 14. Give the note to Sandu, and choose 2 from 11 level 49 rings: Rings are "No Trade". The Death Shrouds were OJ to a 47 and a walk in the park for a solo vamp. Chalico were also OJ but easier as they don't LOOK as scary. Xcrzrk was yellow.
A word of caution. There are archers in Krrzck and they have a decent agro range.

The quest says you have to kill a wretched sanidon, however any sanidon will do.
On 3/28/05 I did this quest and was offered the listed rings and also a phantasmal wail ring, which I did not choose and a pierce ring which I did choose.

Took me a bit the find Sandu in Droighaid even with instructions added in messages here. Sandu's location is /faceloc 54300 58700 in Caille Garran at the town of Droighaid. This post is current as of 1.72c.

I did this at level 47-48 with a Ranger and Warden. This was a fantastic quest even though we endend up having to raise our bug faction, wich was fairly easy at level 47.
The rings are no trade, no sell, but you can put them on your consignment merchant.
I dinged 48 while we got faction and got a little over a bubble of xp for finishing the quest.
Minus the faction, we did the quest in about 30 min. Raising faction from argo to nutral took about 45 min.
Only hickup was the Bugbears, they are directly SOUTH of the town, not South-east as the jornal implies, they are not to far, you can see the town from their camp.
The rings are no trade, no sell, but you can put them on your consignment merchant.

Has anybody heard or read of an opportunity to change / trade any of the rings back if you return to any NPC .. like you can with the bracer quest ? Just wondering since I didnt read up on stats and picked wrong one

I had trouble getting Eersie to respond as well, till I realised that Iesia was spelled with a capitol "i" and not a lowercase "L".

I can not get the Eersie to respond to me is there some problem. My friend got it fine but I cen not get her to say anything. I did the steps leading up to it an dfine but can not get her to respond
