uh, read all the messages.., the NPC varies.
I finally found webweaver, i guess she just has a very slow spawn rate.
i found her where arachneida spawns.

DISCLAIMER: Your Steps and Tasks may be different You can recieve from Gaevin Sebryn or Aonghas Prirerd. Your tasks and steps may vary. One variation: Gaevin Sebryn tells you a story about Lady Judiths Circlet (gold with pearl) that has been stolen, but she recognized the robber. Get it back. 1. Kill bandit Cyfer Difwych in Camelot Hills. He is the one in the central camp due east of E. Camelot Gates. Blue mob at 14 and his support were greys. Obtain opal but no circlet. Loc 53k, 22k. He drops an opal. 2. Return opal to Gaevin, who tells you he has discovered who bought the gold circlet. 3. Travel to Camp. Forest to "persuade" Aonghas Prirerd to give it back. He can be found in the southeast ~loc 46800, 55500, west of Keltoi. Again blue mob at 14 with grey support mobs. Possible alternates ------- I was told that the thief "traded" the circlet for some gems to Shale, a different colored boulderling(and he can be found on the hill to the left of the PK bridge, spawns fast too), and that I had to kill it to get the circlet back. After I returned the Opal, I was informed to seek out: 'a demon named Fielath in the undead ruins in Camelot Hills' he is inside the broken tower next to the river (across the river from shale) and right next to where you go to kill Frip's dad! One place he tells you to go is over by the spiders and the other place is where the manes deamons are. I got Ciraron Webweaver. When looking for Ciraron Webweaver, make sure you are at the right spider spawn location as there are 2. There is one just west of the keltoi dungeon next to the druid ring where the "Green Witch" is. There is a stone pillar where they are, and these are large bloated spiders - this is NOT where Ciraron Webweaver is. She is at the other spider spawn. It is still east of Caer Ulfwych, but farther north than the other one, and indeed is in the trees on a small hill. You will know you are at the right location, as the spiders there are just bloated spiders (not large). You may have to killed a number of these to get her to spawn, but she did after about 10 minutes for me. My scouts report that Cyfer recently traded the headband to a demon named Fielath for a spell to control his brothers. Fielath was last seen in the undead ruins in CH. Seek him out now. 4. Return to Gaevin for your reward. Cutter, a 1h thrusting weapon. Reward: |

Ok someone posted below that I have to kill Shale after I kill Cifwyn Dilwych and talk to Gaevin where the quest info at the top says I have to persuade some guy in Camp Forest to give me something in order to complete the quest. Someone here is wrong. Could the other info be screwed up as well? So is Cifwyn Dilwych really in Camelot Hills in the central camp due east of E. Camelot Gates? Or is he somewhere else?

I havent found her either. i heard she was on mound of bloated spiders next to arachnidia, but havent ever seen her. Anyone know?

I still have not found the webweaver. Can someone post the approx /loc of where she can be found? I'm searching around the bloated spiders, but still have not seen her in days.

I've been hunting around like you would not believe. camping in the spot arachneida spawns by all the bloated spiders. Where is Ciraron Webweaver? Am I in the wrong spot? Does she only spawn when arachneida isnt there or at night or at a certain time or what?

I think the min level to get the quest is 13 not 14 sense I got the quest and im 13. Though I could be wrong...

This quest is not Guild of Shadows only. Last night My husband and I both got this quest. He plays a minstrel (academy) and I play a paladin (church). If you are having trouble geting the quest try finishing up all the quests in your journel. I could not get the quest when I had active quests but after I had completed them all I was given the quest.
Theurgist at 13 can't get quest, perhaps it's only for Guild of Shadows?

Did this quest last night. I am a level 13 Mercenary. Here is the exact details to complete it:
1. Speak to Gaevin Sebryn
2. He tells you to kill Cyfwr Dilwych ( be mindful of the exact name of the bandit to kill, there are several bandit camps in the area and each have leaders with very similar names. If you kill the wrong one you get a message "<name> failed to do the Lady Judiths Circlet quest!" )
3. After you kill Cyfwr Dilwych you get an opal which you return to Gaeven.
4. He then tells you to kill Shale. Shale is a named boulderling very close to the bridge to Salisbury Plains ( after crossing the bridge turn left where Lady Aelawen stands and go up a hill, he will be there on a bare patch of rock )
5. Shale drops a golden headband which unfortunately has an axe icon.
6. Return to Gaeven and receive Cutter a damn nice primary hand only piercer.

I found Ciraron Webweaver near Arachneida(nemed spider).
Loc is 50000,29000.
She is a human type NPC and spawned at 20:50, but I have no idea that she spawns everyday at this time or not.

I have been seeking Ciraron for 4 days now, east of caer ulfwych on the hill with bloated spiders, several people said she spawns there, but I have yet to see her. Does she wander? Am I in the right place? Any help would be greatly appreciated.

not too much exp but i very nice weapon with 5.4 dam adn 2.7 dlay, yellow to 14. also has 2dex and 2thrust )

Ciraron is in a friggin tree right in the center of the large concentration of those bloated spiders. You cannot see her if you are skirting the spiders - I too searched for days. You sort of have to appraoch from Keltoi runing west to see her

Did the quest at lvl13 as an INF, got completely different mobs than anyone else, seems to vary depending on your class, and possibly the level you do the quest....

I have been searching for 3 days for ciraron. I have been behind caer ulfwych,where the bloated spiders spawn. There is also a small group of filidhs there as well as a nearby goblin camp. Am i close??? Thanks for any info.

When I did this, I was told to get the circlet from Shale, the named boulderling just east of the Camelot Hills bridge to Salisbury Plains. He is about the same level limit as those mentioned above though.

I was told to find Ciraron Webweaver for the circlet. She can be found in Camp. Forest where all the spiders spawn near Caer Ulfwych.
