Came back after 10yrs with a toon parked there. 8 days and no drop then BOOM..2 shields in 2 days, go figure.

That is a 250 str/con debuff lol
Sometimes spawns alone but mostly with 4 yellow con Guards. Dispose of these first. Can easily be soloed with a Friar.

Wanders from spawn point to just outside the cave where he spawns.
He casts yellow-con "plague cloud" pets that basically last just long enough to DoT you. Also a nasty AE str/con debuff that robs my merc of nearly 1,000 hits and lasts about two minutes. Keep healer away from him and he's an easy kill for melee + bot, maybe FPers too
