Loc 54k 19k just North West of the Cornwall Station bind stone, con orange to level 15, so i guess lv 16 is still correct.
All the mob in the area are much higher. I took a lv 50 and killed off other mob in the area between the station and the Cornwall Hunter camp, and up towards the ruins, but kept the frogs, as they are neutral to the lv 15 I used to kill the cat. I took maybe 30 minutes.
