He gave my level 7 Savage Kill Tasks.
Found him late in the level so he only gave me one:
Spook (Gotar, West side of zone near middle per map, died before I could find it)

He supplied my Shadowblade with Kill Tasks for level 14. All you have to do is /whisper task to him and he will give you a creature in the area.
Almost every creature he gave could be found directly to the South or East. Occassionally he would give one near the huts on the otherside of the lake too.

he also gives out the njessie bone weapon quest at 22nd lvl

Bork gives out the Hunting Party quests. He asks you to kill some nearby level 13-15 monsters, then return to him for 3s and some copper. After you return and get your money, talk to him again to find the next creature you need to kill. It's stuff you'd be hunting anyway, and an extra 9 or 12s never hurt anyone =)
