Killed her today as a 21 Skald solo. I found her right on the west zone wall, just north of the entrance to Skona Ravine (loc=1010, 35522).

She conned yellow had a green con Weblasher guard with her who engaged me as well when I attacked her. When she died a bunch of grey con tinglers jumped on me as well.
