I was hunting in the area for a kill task and had a charge to kill a Musslaklan Youth. I then saw an emote:

"Gohl blows on a conch shell and calls all the youth to his side."

All the Musslaklan Youth in the area then wandered over to gather around him. He was aggressive to me or I would have gotten closer to see what else transpired.
