    With the passing of the storm the water elemental appears to lose its bolstered strength.

    It seems while raining this mob hits harder and gets an explosive appearance about it. It visibly shrinks when it's not raining.

    These are excellent for an up and coming fire wizzy, quite fire vuln can easily pull ojs and are rarely camped.
