in Aegirhamn and move that way (NW), passed the hill you will find
Pyserlian (spawns around 11:45PM game time) who is accompanied by a bunch Pyslings at night only. Don't move too far left, there are dangerous casting mobs called Tendrils who travel with the Shambling Shade.
Attack Type: Slash
Strong Vs: Slash
Minimum Level: 10
Maximum Level: 13

Apparently Pyserlian is now part of the Thane epic quest... according to a Thane who asked if he could kill the next spawn when I was camping him trying to get the ring.

He is probably higher than ten as he spawns orange and sometimes red to my level ten bonedancer.
