Some other mobs that I've only seen here once, and only once:

There is named fisherman who resides in the camp near the lake where you find the bwgan fisherman, he conn'ed purple at 19 (everything conn'ed purple at that level). No noticeable drops other than high value gems.

There are 3 named bwgans in the zone that I've found. All around level 30. Ifor, at the camp by the shore. Isilwyn near the human merchants. Seamus Tracksniffer on the south side by the water line.
There is a "quest" that you can get if you talk to Isilwyn. He asks you to retrieve a golden idol from Ifor. If you talk to Ifor, he says,"Never trust a bwgan, fool!" and proceeds to beat you bloody and of course his friends help. ;-)
