The lack of support and customer service in this game leaves a lot to be desired ....also the csr should no be allowed to play in the game only support. The csr or mythic employees should have a server they play on and not during the hours they are paid to support the game the in game appeal process is a joke and calling to find out about your complaint when esculated is even a bigger joke...how can you think to start working on a new game when you have not fixed the bugs in this one if you are a smite cleric the tool bar once it is full does not allow other spells i have built two of theese characters and the same thing happened on geniverre server are you ever going to fix it or address this problem please let me know if not so i can spend my money on another game
