Please help.
I am a level 24 infiltrator with 19 in thrust. I dual weild two weapons: a giants toothpick (+4 thrust) and a decorated Roman Stilletto (+2 thrust). both of these weapons have a condition of over 90.
My skills page of my charachter sheet says i am 19+5 thrust. surely i should be 19+6. does any1 have any ideas what i can do to resolve this?
Please help as ite REALLY annoying.

you can only add so much to a stat already. +5 is the most you can add to thrust at your lvl. when you gain a few lvl's, if you have the same weapons it will change to +6.

Im a Highlander armsman, polearm. Wondering if i should peirce or crush? Also wondering what give + to hib scale armor.

why do all the thrust skills rely on evade/hit by other skills? the specs seems to only work at certain times and you hae to have all the other required specs on the quickbar when u have "42" in sheild does that mean that you spend 42 specs? that seems hard to do except at lvl 40-50

Armsmen and Pally can't evade

Scouts and Bards can't afford to put too many in thrust (not to mention their low evasion skills)

I am just wondering I have put 10 point in thrust but i don't have ratfang which is spec level 4 Anybody knows what happen? I'm polearmer Thrust spec 15 pole and 10 in thrust so far

just to remind you - dex AND str are needed for thrusting. If you are a highlander, it's best to stick to slash or crush.

if 2 merc all are 50lvl.one thrust skill just 1 another is 50.without thrust skill does they get same damge or not?

Not, cause high lvl thrust gonna have better thrust styles that add to damage versus min ability thrust styles that are puny in comparison.

chaibn is waek to thrust plate is weak to crush and leather is weak to slash

does thrusting reley on your dex or is it half strength and half dex?
is it only on dex thn that means that my merc shouldnt use it cos he will never be as good as if he used slash.

I have Spec lvl 6 in Thrust and the Puncture style is not available. One player online told me she got this when her Spec lvl reached 8.
1. Is this true?
2. If it is then are the rest of the style lvls listed here wrong?

Do you have an item on that is increasing your skill? often Item skill bonuses donot seem to teach you new styles, merely increase your to hit/damage bonuses accordingly

I was wondering if someone could hlp me out with this problem. I'm a lvl 11 and i got the wolfthoth but not the ratfang, wich means i can't use the wolftooth. Why?

You can also use the wolftooth after your target evades YOU (it might even be more damaging by what the text says). Ratfang can only be done after you evade a target .. that's why you can have wolftooth but not have to have ratfang :)

you need the evade skill, which comes at level 12.
Once you get that you will be able to use ratfang and then follow up with Wolftooth

Weird, I'm a 5th merc with 5 points in thrust, and I only have the first skill.

I am a 10th merc with level 10 in thrust and I do have the ratfang style although I did get the wolftooth ability on training to 10th. Think there may be a bug. Possbile due to us not haveing evade skill before 10th !

Do you have five points in it or 5 levels?. By that I mean did you put 2 in it to get to level 2 skill then 3 in it to get to level 3 skill(5 points). If so its only level 3. You don't get the styles till your weopon skill level is actually at that level. It takes a number in skill points equal to the level you are bumping the skill up each time you bump it up. And of course it has to be at whatever level to get specified skill.

I noticed that arrows say that they are "thrusting damage". Does this mean that a high thrust ability will raise your damage output of arrows?

No. The thrust/slash/whatever on arrows just decides what kind of pluses/minus the get to certain armor/mobs.

First style learned in Thrust by a scout anyways, is Thistle. +2 damage depending on your hit. somtimes +1
