Classes: Runemaster
Damage (Bolt) - Target takes damage. Damage done is of the spell's given damage type. The spell is a "bolt" that can be blocked and takes a few seconds to travel to its target, but has a longer range and does more damage than other types of spells.

Ok guys the number is supposed to be the damage you do on avegare (IE around what you do on a yellow con or orange con), but the maximum damage is 2X what the number says, so if u have a 250DD bolt (ranged) you will hit a grey con (low grey) for a maximum of 500

If you spec more than 2/3rd into somehting you get a 50% damage bonus. That is why you all think these look too low.

Low damage

Yeah - these do seem REALLY low.

REALLY REALLY REALLY low - Runecasters are supposed to match Eldritches in damage, and this isn't even up to the level an Enchanter can do. And most Enchanters use nukes as secondary damage.

My level 5 Runemaster was doing WAY more than 21 with Simple Runebolt, close to 31 than 21. All 5 points in Runes, but still seems way askew. Unless Runemasters get a MUCH larger bonus based on spec level than Elds do I think these numbers are about 30%-40% lower than they should be.
Low Damage

The Damages look rather low to me. I'm a 25 Runemaster and Symbol of Destruction does about 150 do a Yellow mob. Of course almost all of my spec points are in Runecarving so that may increess the dmg output.
group movement

All the "group speed" effects increase ground movement, not attack speed. They are all cancelled during combat and for about 5 seconds after combat has ended.
