you can also get ur last name by going into goth castle going straight towards the pally trainer take a right into that room where vault keeper is then u will see name reigester click on him/her and typ /lastname (whatver u want ur last name to be) should be easy

Once you get to level 10, you go to a Name Register NPC and talk to it. They'll tell you how to register your last name.

Can you be more specific? Where are these Name Register NPCs and how would one recognize them?

there is none in camelot, you have to go to cornwall. same goes for any materials that are needed for 500+.

Does anyone know where the merchants are that sell embossed leather or better for crafting, in the city of Camelot?

go to camelot were you can make a guild name or guild w/e and around there will be the NPC (name registering 1)and talk to him and he will tell you how to get last name

A lathe can be found at the upper market in camelot near the "wood-merchand"

Im told that as a fletcher, I'll need a lathe in order to make bows. I would expect that to be the case for staves also. Has anyone seen a lathe? Anywhere? In all of Albion?
I know of 3 forges, but have seen no lathe and no loom that one could use.
