She is outside from Ardagh. At the sea. Just go to behind the house and face to the shore.

Merle the Old is on top of a ridge just west from Howth (IIRC; if it's not Howth, it's Ardagh). He's standing near a hut atop the ridge, I don't think any aggro critters spawn near him.

Swim to the island across from Ardagh. The one without a dock - follow the coast to your left a bit. You will see a clearing with hut. There will be many Siabra archers and regulars. Nock is in that hut.

There is a valley past the lucraduane camps(across river from Howth) with easy stuff along the way (spraganolls etc.). Follow this until you get to a campsite which at night is populated by gray spectres. From here there are two valleys which branch off the campsite area. One leads to the siabra miner camp, the other leads to a siabra camp with the siabra captain, siabra archers and "a siabras".
Another place to find regular siabras is across the lake roughly from Ardagh. To the north of them are woods with dew sheeries, to the south is a nasty region with silvermine badgers, large walking rocks and spraggonales all of which are about level 23-25.

I am trying to find Amargeim in the Silvermine Mountains...I have looked everywhere, and cannot find him. Anyone heard of him???

He is just south of Mardaugh, near the river. There is a small hut all by itself, and he wanders around near it.

to the siabra miner camp: swim across the river form Howth and turn left and follow the water, you'll find the standing stone not far from shore. Face east (off to your right a bit) and you'll see a valley, follow that valley to the clearing where you'll see a li'l camp. From that camp the miners are east, or run towards the big red trees a li'l to your left facing the camp from the valley you just came from. To find just regular Siabra or archers and such follow the valley to the clearing as above but turn left and follow the next valley over from the one you just came out of to get to the clearing.

Does anyone know where Nock is located?

I finally talked to Mcnol and now im supposed to find Nock in silvermine on the west shore.

Has anyone ever seen him??? Ive only found 2 NPCs in the mountains - Glom and some hermit guy.

I actually killed a few of them today, The are across he river, go to river and you'll eventually see a little rock stepping stone bridge, cross it then go straight thru all the spraggon and kind of bear left just a little bit, when you start seeing a lot of the big eihbugs then you know that you're close bear a little more left, see the huge dark trees i there are all sorts of siabra miners, and others, they were green and blue to me at lvl 17. Hope this help

I too am looking for siabra in Silvermine, also for a quest. My guess is that they are beyond the hills east of the river SE of Howth. I've looked all over for them W of the river with no luck. At level 13 there was a lot of purple stuff beyond the first ridge east of the river. There is a camp, with tents and campfires in that area, inhabited by high level (to me) spirits that seem to have a wide aggro range. (killed me in 3 hits)
Hill Hounds, Rock Chippers, Stone Sheers; all neutral and purple at 13. If anyone has seen the siabra, drop a hint. Heh, there are standing stones all over the place around here.
