I wonder why Pikko didn't just stick one of the already made link guides. The argument USED to be "No user made stickies in the main forum" and then we had Codyy's guide, and the 50 page Chcobo Raising thread.

Erm, when did we make that argument? If the post is really good then we prefer to do user stuff because it makes people feel good about coming here.

And honestly, I'd rather have an admin-started thread than one done by someone who can easily decide to quit. This was created as a place to retire stickies because I was getting a lot of sticky requests from SE and I felt that while I was creating it, I should include big threads as well.

Why did "New NPC Facts" by Huckster never get a sticky? Compared to this thread for instance, which has a sticky, it was good.

But now that NPCs don't even matter, it is a little late to even put it here. Square-Enix seems to have no intentions of continuing NPC storyline or making them useful for anything other than a solo companion for BLU learning spells.


The only thread up there that isn't a waste of space is the GMs chronicles and pebbles unleashed.
