Since E3, there's been a flurry of activity on the Core Blaze Facebook page: http://facebook.com/CoreBlaze

Here are some of the best bits:
- Lots of cool character reveals: http://on.fb.me/LRjH7Y
- A look at the latest build of the game [Video]: http://youtu.be/Bq0KI75vNC4
- Some more screenshots: http://on.fb.me/NqTyyo

Who is excited about this game? I know I am!

Nobody knows about this game, nobody cares about this game, and you should feel bad for coming here to advertise it.

Since when does a "flurry of activity on its Facebook page" count as a leak?

"Lots of leaks about the next episode of Wacky Single Guys --- NBC has been running commercials for it all week!"

*Googles Core Blaze*

Well from the images I saw I didn't see nothing to get excited about. Unless the combat is balls tightening good then I will pass on this game.

I suppose this goes back to Zam.com not wanting overt advertising in the forums so they can fill the "Please turn off AdBlock" bars with pretty pictures but I still feel that if companies would just honestly say "Hey, we're working on a game; take a look and let us know what you think" they'd get better results than half-assed attempts at marketing that insult our intelligence and make the thread all about that instead.

Agreed. Probably an issue with the disconnect between developer and marketing? Like, too many degrees of separation from the product designers and those trying to sell it?

Developer > Publisher > Marketing group hired by Publisher.

I'm guessing the publisher is skimping (or otherwise erring) in who they select to market for the game. There's probably some kind of 'budget' marketing package out there for games like this, which just gets you 10 spambots who do a poor impression of actual fans.
