I'm at work though. One user mentioned they activated the key and didn't get preorder bonus.

I checked the Steam forums and some of the Steam purchases do not have the DLC either.

...and code accepted by Steam. I even got a separate one for the preorder bonus stuff. Color me shocked, I didn't really expect them to go through with it at that price.
This had cards added the other day so you can knock another 50-60¢ off the cost if you move before the prices drop off.
