Right now I am leveling whm because I just got my subjob. However, whm is reeally hard for me to solo and I'm only at level 5 right now. Anyone who can help me tonight around 6 (EST) when the game finishes updating I will gladly accept help from. By the way, I'm a Taru named Keiro leveling around Windy.

I found when I was leveling WHM with my GF at the same time, we went out to West Sab and beat the living crap out of crabs until about level 8 or so. Not sure about the level sorry, I think it was around there. We didn't party up but we chucked the occasional cure on each other when we saw that they needed one.

If your in the Bastokan area in south gusta, try Vomp Hill or Zagnam hill, fight bats, hornets etc. keep it simple. Dont fight anything too tough.

Ummm low leveing in Windy is meant to be the hardest (apparently), but I prefer leveling there. Bee's and Birds give you Wind/Fire/Birds Feathers/Beehive Chips so they are worth the drops even at a crap exp rate.
Crawlers are nice, but without poisona, one close fight and poisoned means death. Gobs and Yag's you have to watch out for but above lv5 the really shouldn't be much of an issue unless they link with you.
Other than that it's pretty safe. I leveled SAM 1-7 in a few hours without resting or being healed.. and the I went to Ghels.Outpost to level with a friend and died, never looked at SAM again. I will pick it up someday soon.

Look me up in game this weekend. I've got ALOT of gear I can pass down to you as long as help you lvl up a bit.
WHM can be quite an expensive job if you want and desire to be good at what you do, and it is EXTREMELY difficult to go out and farm for gil considering we do not hit hard in the least bit. Whm can be tough to lvl at lower levels. Make sure you have yourself a hammer and updated spells. Stay away from decent challenge, try to level off easy prey. The exp is crappy but more consistant and less dangerous.
What i did was pair up with a ranger. Around level 6 or so we killed crabs, bees and quadevs in the fumaroles of south gustaberg. Around level 8 or so you can move on to konschat highlands. Follow the western wall northward until you come upon a rivlet where you'll find plenty of worms to xp off of. You can duo there until around 11.
If you cant find a ranger its okay. Any melee will do really. Just make sure they know what theyre doing. Once you're level 10 or so put your flag up and wait for 5 seconds tops. CONGRATULATIONS, youve got yourself an xp party
