Galka Paladin named Ethur.

I was camping the elusive Morbolger to get the rare/ex drop that I needed to complete the frustrating Brown Belt quest.

It popped, he claimed it, and allowed me to form a party with him so that I could lot on the item.

Very nice guy.

    Cool.

ATM my accolades go to Tricksieholla, dont ever see her on anymore but when I started out she took me under her wing and walked me thru Valkrum Dunes and started me on some quests.

Taught me a bit bout macros and other stuff. Almost 300 lvls later I still think bout how she got me started.

Where ever you went Tricksie, /bow to you!

Malakai and Asarath. Started the game together, great times, ill never forget them. Asa, im sorry to see you'll be leaving 'The Former Thief' and 'The Hero' to go it alone =). Good luck in life.

    Prodigal (RNG), Yohonne (RNG), Miront (RNG), Rexx (Pirate/Noob(BLM), and Lightslayer (RDM) I have to tank for these crazy people -_-;

    The entire Narsill shell, composed of the finest players from Bastokflock and TwilightZoneIII. {Word}{Up}

Every single person thats helped me, or a friend of mine. I /bow to you.

Lets keep it going, good thread ^_^

I second this, also his brother (I'm sorry but I can't remember his name) and Rhianna. He helped me with my DRG AF1 and 2 and with Rhianna's help, got me to rank 5 and my SAM job.

Also a lil taru named Stayhigh. I met him awhile back when he was lvling his THF, he invited me on his pt and with him I had an awesome time lvling at Quicksand Caves. I guess I made an impression on him cause the next day he invited me again to pt but at that time I haven't done my Genkai 1 so I told him I'll pt with him but I won't be able to go past 50. So he then told me after the pt he'll help me get the items needed to finish the quest, and after another great pt in the Caves I was near my xp limit so I left so they can find a replacement. I thought that he probably forgot about his promise but it wasn't a big deal. A few hours later he sent me a tell asking me if I was ready to get my items and I immediately said yes, so along with his bro Floop we spent the rest of the night collecting Genkai 1 items. Without him I wouldn't have gone past lvl 50.

Because of these 4 people and the EliteUnderground LS I wouldn't be where I am now. So I say to them thank you for everything and promise to help others if they need it.

A lot of the friends that helped me before I got to 50 no longer play anymore and the LS I was working on AF with broke up and I don't see many of them anymore either. Nermal is my hero. He has been a good friend since I've started playing. He's helped me more times than anybody else. Thank you for everything Nerm.

BIGPAPPAPUMP- He has been an inspiration both in game and out. My truest friend and love. Hopefully soon we will get the chance to exchange vows in game. A side from my feelings for him, I have seen him help many people. (Sometimes leaving me in danger to rescue others -.- then comes back after the fight and says "see honey i knew you could do it")LOL I guess the game has showed him that he can help others. I am thankful to the best Linkshell out there for teaching sooo many this fact, ArcOfLegends. Besides, i told him i would only marry a PLD guy in FULL AF =P and he is now level 51 PLD ;)

*I may be picky, but I am worth it ^^,

OREFISE - This incredible White Mage has been casting cures on my for the last 13 years, everytime I was hurt or bit off more then I could chew. This game only affirms and strengthens her desire to help others. Raise your hand if you have ever been helped by this HERO. Look, all of Lakshsmi is now playing with one hand on the keyboard and the other in the air.
How does somebody make the white list and not make this list? It is simple. You can make the White list for being a good player or a cool player. To be a hero it takes something special deep inside of a person. Orefise has that. She will go above and beyond to help those in need. This is true in game and in real life. She is truly an amazing woman and I love her for it.
In real life she must have BLM sub'd because she cast Bind on my heart many years ago.

---You know what date we picked and why sweetie. You will have your Galka PLD in full AF.

My Heroes of Lakshmi who helped me get my RNG AF body last night, at no gain to themselves and high risk to their EXP:

Orionrockr: A great friend and outstanding BLM who has always been there to help me
Levii: Best WHM I know, and my longest lasting friend in the game (and another one to Tatanna, who was cheering me on in spirit as they share the same system)
Shurikenger: Among melees, if I could choose only one guy to have my back, Shuri is it.
Marii: The RDM with the biggest heart in the world, who keeps my spirits high when they are down
Xinef: A super special shout to BLM55 Xinef, who needed the key also but passed so that I could get my AF I have been trying to get for a month. An amazingly selfless act, and do not worry Xinef: I WILL get you your key, and I will be there firing my gun for EVERY AF, GENKAI, BCNM, MISSION, etc you EVER need.

This may sound corny, but I love you guys and your attitudes. You help people when they need it and Lakshmi is better for you. Whatever quest you undertake in this game, you have my gun, and I have your back.

    THANK YOU SO MUCH!

Yokubari (I hope I got his name right): I had finally gotten a CN Coffer key for my AF, and had even died trying to camp it. I got into an exp pt, and were lvling on Helm Beetles in CN. Between one of our pulls, Yokubari came by and told us that the Coffer had popped behind us, in the Rumble Crawler room.

With my party's permission, I ran over to the coffer. I thought that I would have some time to reapply some silent oil after I looted the coffer, but instead found 2 Rumbles pounding on me. Yokubari pulled one of them off of me, so that I was able to drag a single Rumble back to my pt.

Not only was he selfless enough to tell my pt about the coffer, but he also put himself at risk to help me avoid death. Thank you!

I would like to add a few names to the list of Lak's Heroes

Miss Nuku: She has helped alot in getting pt's started and in getting alot of events rolling.

    Kamakaze: Full Metal Alchemist!

Onikirimaru & Citen: This dynamic duo is completely reliable and know how to get the job done

Sharps: Definately one uuber DRG, helping Miss Nuku and myself when we needed it.

There alot of other people but because I am at work I can only post a few. ^^ I think everyone is a hero, I just wish everyone would definately know that YOU ALL ARE THIS! Conquering evil and sending the beastmen hordes back where they came from!

    I /salute all of you!

Jaerik, Ayvaen, Diamondelle, Alveen and Chokobo all helped me get my SAM AF1 the other day. Sure, a 45 THF and 4 60+ jobs is overkill for this particular quest, but we all had fun bashing up on mobs and skillchaining Isonade, so thank you! ^_^[/b]

On many, MANY occasions, I have had help from one of the most courteous, considerate, selfless people on Lakshmi: Arathorn.

Not only has been my closest friend in the game since I started, he's always chasing me up and inspiring me to go further and challenge myself, even if he's unaware he has such an affect. Love to him and his family!! ^_^

Ok I have to put Dalziel down for this one.

Background: A group of us just spend about 2 hours looking for a 5-2 party, our WAR75 had to leave and we eventually got a WHM74. As we neared the end of the run to get there the WHM74 announced that they had to work. So off we headed for what was soon to be a fateful event.

Being spat out infront of the Throne Room (and not Baileys as he thought it would), Dal decided to trek all the way through Baileys adn Keep to get to us and Raise II our dead corpses. I don't know how he did it without aggro as a WHM56 but he described it as being just like Tenchu.

Anyhow we were able to convince him to join and we went to have another piece of the Shadow Lord. ^^

Other people I can't forget to meantion from the events that unfolded today:

Wraith, Aris, Masterj and Gus for being the other 2/3rds of our 5-2 completion team, and also for helping a poor little Taru BLM get his Shadow Flame. Aris, may you always get Raised first (in better circumstances that tonight :P).

Gus (Again ^^), Amaron, Shyne, Ikara for helping Catti and I to get our AF2's today. BLM's have never had better looking footwear.

    Quote of the Day:
After copping 1004 damage from Self Destruction (DS) and surviving somehow....
(Wraith) i was like, dun dun dun da dun, HOLY **** I HAVE 5 HP

It is either a sad statement about Lakshmi or a sad statement about US for not recognizing the good in people that there are 160 posts on the Bad Player Alert thread and only 21 posts here on our Heros list. Surely all of us have at least a few people who have helped us when we needed it most. Lets keep this thread strong and give them some love!

OMG the poster below is totally right: I didnt look at the stickys lol. Well, I still hope we keep this thread active and at the top, let people know they are doing a good job! It makes all the difference. ^^

LS Benevolence(Tanta, Nuku, Cadant, etc), LS WarWolvesArmy (Bidz, Etho, Pryssant, etc): Been talking to alot of the members and they always give great help when I ask questions.

Arlenis : Showed me around Jeuno a bit ^^ Always helpful.

As long as I've been playing the game, I would say I have three heros.

Lenwe - The best and most helpful thief I know in the game. He is always on hand to help get coffer keys, RSE keys, special items or just escort lowbies through tough areas.

Darkgoddess - The leader of my linkshell. She is the most selfless person I know. Time and time again, she has dropped whatever it was she was doing to come help someone that needed her WHM expertise. She has d-lvled twice in a row at one point just so that she can get to someone and raise them. She forked over 1million gil to a lvl 75 so that the rest of the people in the linkshell could have help getting their AF because she personally couldn't help. She weekly organizes events that bring in a huge cashflow and always gives away her share to the people that need it the most. She dedicates at least one day a week to roaming valkurm to do free raises for people lvling there.

If there were only more people in Vanadiel like these two....

My mentors are heroic icons to me:

Sharps inspired me with his dedication and flexibility.

Oniknight taught me the value of independence and focus.

Nictius inspired me with his value of trust and loyalty.

Serrln inspired me with his unyielding determination.

Kalimos showed me the importance of prepareness and patience.

Quavil inspired me to continue to level and gave me a glimpse of the high-level play.

Eycee, Maori and a few others first introduced me to {fishing}!

Everyone I've met has taught me something valueble.
