Ok.... I know alot of people are bothered by the inflation due to the taxes in jeuno. I know I am, but I want to help do something about it.

I have lvl 75 woodworking, 33 goldsmithing, 33 cooking, and 23(and rising) alchemy.

I am willing to make items for people under these trade skills for cost of the materials. Most the materials can be bought in out laying AH's for a fraction of the price they are in Jeuno.

Just as an example, I can make Shihei. Usually costs me 20k to make 7-8 stacks, and right now they are selling for 6.5-7k in the AH.

If you need anything, please send a /tell to me in game. My name is Darkgoddess, and I'm on usually all weekend and occasionally through the week.

Another way to combat these prices is to have people stop buying them all together from the AH. Most of the time, people increase the prices without seeing how it will directly affect them.

You can say "woohoo, I jacked the price of x item to x pirce." Then, what happens later on down the road when the person that should have that item cannot get it? Try asking the majority of WHM's for a Raise 3. most of them will not have it. Even Erase. Very few whm's have erase until after level 50. Are they expected to have it? Yes, can the typical player that you WILL eventually party with have it? No.

Now that I have rambled, the point is, stop buying over priced items. There is more to this game then leveling, and those other things can lead you to getting this items for dirt cheap, or even free.

lol.. I wish people will stop buying overpriced item. But too many rich desperate people nowadays who did RMT. It can't be helped. Those who did RMT can't feel how hard it is to make 1 mil gil in this game. They just simply make a phone call or go to a gil-selling website, use their Credit Card and got 1 mil gil easily. Well.. u can't blame them.. they are rich people.. it's their money.. they can do anything with it.

A little conversation with a RMT-er before:

X : Wow.. peacock charm is 10 million now.
Y : 10 million? No problem.
X : o.O?
Y : That's about $400. I can make 5x more than that in a day.
X : Hmmm...

    The 'good' ones, apparently, if he believes he makes that much. >.>;

Rate up, Darkgoddess - not many people would go out of their way to offer something like this. Speaking of Shihei crafting though, the prices of Elm Logs themselves seem to have taken a price hike (about 7-8k at Sandoria AH)... and the guild is always out in a matter of seconds... So... Yeah, bummer. x.x

As for your proposition, I prefer to craft my own, but I will pass on your offer to other Shihei-burning friends of mine. Thanks in advance. o.Ob

There's always like 3 NINs or NIN subs per side in ballista now, that combined with the others partying their shihei away might be the reason it's going up so much...

I don't know how he could make $2k a day. But that's what he told me. Bluff? possibly... I don't care... I just know there are many rich people outthere who are willing to throw away their money just to buy couple of millions gil.

It's a good idea, and I'd be interested in it, but unfortunately I think theres too many people that will keep buying off of the AH.

Also we can't make a peacock charm or an emporers hairpin or ochiudo's kotes, and I know I'm not the only one that knows about the constant spawn campers. Too many keep shelling out the gil for them so the price keeps going up.

I try to battle high prices, but if the bidder bids what he sees in the price history he loses, not me, I want to seel lets say Fire Crystals @ 3500. But the guy bids 4500. I dont complain about getting an extra k, but the buyer is mad because the price hike up. Stop bidding or start bidding wisely. Taunt the AH a bit ^^
