Most of us here in Vana 'Diel have died more times than any one can count. As i am sure most of us get very frustrated or angry when we die especially when someone elses lack of respect for others is the culprit. However this post is to help us remember those very few times when we are proud or have enjoyed our death. I would like to hear everyones story of the time they died and could not stop laughing. Here is my story
I was in Crawlers nest about lvl 36 as Sam. In my party was a friend of mine playing his blm a taru named Leviathen. He usually played whm so at the time he was struggling to keep from over nuking. Of course cause he is my friend i was picking on him a little as i was pulling more hate than he could. So at the end of a particularly tough crawler he lets out a shout to end all shouts "NOW WHO OWNS". Just as he accidently casts a ga spell on 3 maze lizards. It took about 6 seconds for the entire party to die. So i just looked at him from the ground and said "well sir leviathen it would seem the lizards own around here." All i could do for several minutes was laugh at the thought of the little taru screaming out his triumph right before he exploded :). It was one death i will always remember and always treasure.

I was in a party in the dunes at J-6 and we were waiting on a new member.
The new guy comes running up and had aggroed a rabbit (still dont know how) that had multiplied in his trip to us (by aggro). Well these bunny's aggro a couple bunnies near us and the tank vokes one off so we now have officially pissed the bunny's off.
The tank and the other guy run for Selbina while the rest of us laugh our collective asses off. Tank makes it to the zone, new guys doesnt. So we are waiting for the tank to return (laughing all the while) and the other guy hp's.
We stopped laughing when the bunnys had multiplied to 7 or 8 and they come running back to camp to trash the rest of us that had not zoned. I'll never forget the realization of what was coming down when I saw those bunnies bearing down on me.
I died but I think it was because I was rolling on the floor laughing so hard I couldnt get my character to the zone.
I guess you had to be there....

Well, we didn't really die. (till much later, anyway) But I wanted to share my story because it still cracks me up thinking about it.
Me and my good friend Dragonia had decided to try a form a party together and level up. We headed for Kuftal Tunnel and leveled for a good few hours, switching players out as they had to go. After awhile, our party consisted of 2 BLM (one being Dragonia), a WHM, me as a BRD, a PLD and a RNG. Our camp was on the left ledge from when you first walk in. (that place with the ropes near the ??? point) The RNG suggested we move to the open area, as we could chain much faster. And boy did we ever. I think we even made a few chain 6's. It was perfect. Then all of a sudden...
(Dragonia) Woah! Did your screen just shake?
I didn't notice it, as I was changing songs on my iPod (<3 Green Day) but our WHM had also felt his controller shake. I told Dragonia he was only seeing things, as we were just joking about Guivre in our LS. Everyone around us hadn't moved, or even felt the shake, so we continued on. As our puller went out to pull, I decided to pull a joke.
(Nekole) :o If you hear a thump thump, run for it!
(-Ranger-) O.O Um..
All of a sudden, my controller was going out of control and my screen was shaking like a polaroid picture. Thankfully, the RNG had used flee and brought Guivre to our camp so we could escape out in a safe place (and so hopefully it wouldn't bother any other parties). Our RNG had his NIN shadows up, and escape landed just in time.
We went back to leveling near the edge, and I soon left after as it was about 1 AM (I had work at 6 AM).
The next day, I got into a party with the same BLM as before, and come to find out, Guivre had made it all the way to the zone to the desert. -Everyone- was killed. He told me it was shortly after I left too. XD I guess god dosen't hate me afterall. ^^
